1. SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust in us that your order will be quickly made, processed and delivered safely.
We ship our products anywhere within the continental United States and when a customer places an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method that you selected and your shipment’s destination address.
Since all of our products are made just for you, generally, orders will typically be processed within 3 - 7 business days from the customer's order date on average. With our high demand items and custom monograms, some orders may take up to 15 days. We are constantly working on lowering our production lead times and are extremely grateful for your understanding and support.
a. Shipping Charges
Orders under $99:
Currently, we have a flat rate fee of $4.95. This covers about half of the shipping cost and then we cover the other half for you.
For Priority Processing, shipping is a flat rate fee of $7.95.
Orders over $99:
You'll receive free shipping!
b. International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping at the moment.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Policy/Cancellations
No Cancellations - We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing your order from the time it is placed. In special situations, a cancellation may be accepted with a 30% restocking fee, but is solely at the discretion of Bluewater Decor.
Please note that we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee after your product is made, but if we grant this 30 day money back guarantee, the product must be returned in the same condition as which it was made. Refunds and returns are not granted for damaged items, holiday promotional deals, monograms, or gift card purchases. If a customer wishes to return an item, the return shipping is paid by the customer and includes a 30% restocking fee.
Returns are not granted to orders that have a discount code used, are promotional items, or are monograms.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Bluewater Decor and may be rejected for any reason what-so-ever.
