How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders generally ship out within 3-7 Business days from your order date depending on the level of customization and if the item is made-on-demand. All Bluewater Decor orders are made-on-demand. If a product is in high demand, it could take 7-14 days to ship out. This allows us to be an industry leader for the amount of designs we're able to offer.
We do carry overstock in our best sellers and those can ship in the same day they are ordered. Orders can take up to 3-7 business days to arrive after shipping depending on what shipping rate you selected. If you need your order earlier for an event or as a gift, please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once the shipping label is made, which means your order is about to be picked up by USPS. In this email, there will be a link to track your order.
How can I exchange an item?
Please email support@bluewaterdecor.com with your name, order number, and the reason for returning. We usually do not allow exchanges, however, in special situations your exchange may be accepted. You will just have to cover the small 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are at the sole discretion of Bluewater Decor and can be rejected for any reason what-so-ever.
*Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date your item was purchased.
*Returns aren't accepted for Monogram items. Those sales are final.
*Returns aren't accepted for discounted items or orders that a discount code was used on. Those sales are final.
*Returns aren't accepted on Holiday Promotional Items or Promotional Items. Those sales are final.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If you don't absolutely love your Bluewater Decor item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. If the item is not in the same condition as it was sent, Bluewater Decor has the right to refuse a refund and you must pay for shipping in order to receive your product back. Monograms and promotional items are non-refundable. *Bluewater Decor reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reason what-so-ever.*
Will my monogram look exactly like the photo?
It will look very similar to the photo, however, depending on the letters you choose, we may have to add a bar underneath the letters for support. All silver and gold products will be put through a grinder and the gold colors will be hand grinded to create a shimmer effect on the front of the sign. Also, all letters in the monogram have to be capitalized. We cannot allow lowercase letters what-so-ever. Also, the size for monograms may differ based on the letter that you choose. Not all of them are scaled evenly as the font's we choose do not allow them to always be even. Some of our signs may be 1/2" smaller than what they are stated as well, in order to fit within the shipping box. This prevents the sign from being damaged in transit.
